City Rail Link · Karangahape Road StationCat 6A structured cabling, fiber optic, access control, communication field devices, bracketry, as-built documentation.
NZ's largest transport infrastructure programme.
Cabling, fibre, security, electrical and commissioning delivered under one package, so the interfaces between them are our problem, not yours.
Data halls, rail stations, defence sites, live wards and trading branches. Staged delivery, witnessed testing, documented handover.

Home/About
We are 369 Infrastructure. We design, deliver and integrate the physical layer that makes AI-ready critical environments actually work.
The models get the attention. The GPUs get the headlines. But none of it matters if the racks aren't clean, the cables aren't right, the comms rooms aren't governed, and the physical layer isn't built for what's coming.
That's the gap we fill.
We exist to make AI-ready infrastructure real in New Zealand and the Asia Pacific. Not aspirational. Not slide-deck ready. Actually delivered. Actually working. Actually audit-grade.
369 Infrastructure was founded in 2017 by Namra Shah, ten years into a career spent inside New Zealand's most demanding critical environments.
The story is simple.
Namra arrived in New Zealand, started in structured cabling and network delivery at Optrek in Christchurch, and quickly learned two things that shaped everything that followed.
First, the physical layer of infrastructure is where most projects actually succeed or fail. Not in the design deck. Not in the vendor pitch. On the ground, at 2am, in a comms room, with a torch and a rack diagram.
Second, the people who deliver that layer well are rare. Most contractors chase volume. Very few operate at audit-grade discipline. Almost none think about how physical infrastructure needs to change as AI workloads land.
369 was built to be one of those rare few.
Ten years later, we deliver into some of the country's most demanding critical environments, and we are actively bridging deep physical delivery with the demands of AI-era engineering.
A proprietary methodology developed to translate AI infrastructure ambition into deliverable physical reality.
Power efficiency, thermal management, lifecycle planning. AI workloads change everything about how we think about this.
How the environment actually runs. Monitoring, maintenance, response, discipline.
Fiber backbone, structured cabling, connectivity. Built for density, latency, and scale.
The rack, the power, the cooling. Designed for the workloads landing today and the ones landing next quarter.
Where most infrastructure fails long before it fails. Documentation, change management, ownership.
If Layer 1 is broken, every layer above it eventually degrades. We build all five, or we advise on all five. Sometimes both.
Cat 6A structured cabling, fiber optic, access control, communication field devices, bracketry, as-built documentation.
NZ's largest transport infrastructure programme.
Automatic door lock installation and BMS interface integration inside a live data centre environment.
Delivered despite limited existing documentation. Operating reliably since commissioning.
Critical commissioning-phase support during an aggressive delivery timeline.
Hands-on crew leadership on the ground with the Honeywell engineering team.
Physical delivery layer for industrial IoT deployments across New Zealand.
Ongoing partnership. Model proven at scale.
Zero Harm safety discipline. Procurement-grade documentation. Audit-ready handover. Not as optional extras. As standard.
Practitioners first. Advisors second.
We do the work. We advise from having done the work.
That is the difference.
Namra ShahFounder and Director
Namra Shah started in fiber.
Splicing, OTDR commissioning, UFB design. More than three thousand residential and business connections as lead technician, and an optical fiber accreditation from ETech, before he managed anyone. By 2017 he was mentoring a team of fifteen.
Harikrupa Limited was founded in Auckland that same year. 369 Infrastructure is its trading name. Since then the company has delivered ICT and electronic security across City Rail Link as a subcontractor to Ventia and Honeywell, with the contract extended on the strength of execution and a one hundred percent safety record. A network upgrade for BNZ with zero downtime. High speed fiber for KiwiRail at Pukekohe. Fit out work inside both Amazon and Microsoft data centers. A digital network upgrade for Fonterra delivered on time with zero health and safety complaints.
Ten years of walking into comms rooms produced one conclusion. The tangled racks people photograph are not a cable management failure. They are a governance failure, and everything downstream follows from it. Downtime. Airflow. Accidental outages. Eventually the inability to scale for AI workloads.
That is why layer 1 of our 5-Layer AI-Ready Infrastructure Framework is policy and governance. Not compute. Not network. Not cabling. For commodity workloads a sloppy layer 1 is expensive. For AI workloads it is disqualifying.
Or if you are trying to understand whether the environment you already have is ready for what's coming.
Fifteen minutes. No slide deck. Just a real conversation about your infrastructure and what needs to happen next.
