On a fit-out the programme is rarely lost on labour. It is lost waiting on hardware. Switches on a twelve-week lead, controllers held at a distributor, a cable drum that never left the warehouse.

We manage the material chain for the packages we deliver - quoting off the schedule, placing orders against the construction programme, tracking lead times weekly, and releasing to site in the sequence the builder actually needs.

• Bill of materials built from the drawings and the door / outlet schedule
• Supplier quoting, order placement and purchase order control
• Lead-time tracking with weekly status against the construction programme
• Consolidation and staging so deliveries match the build sequence
• Goods-inward inspection, serial capture and damage reporting
• Substitution management where a specified part is discontinued
• Handover of the final as-installed materials register
